Thus, as a buyer, we expect the same packaging as the previous order. The aim of the direct complaint to the supplier was to probe why the goods were not well packaged. An easy apology and nothing else would have solved this problem. But the seller mentioned that that was their standard, we need to pay more if we need packing, etc. which only pour the oils in the flames. We placed order earlier and they were well packaged, unlike this time. If you plan to buy from this supplier, make sure to discuss the packaging and all other minor details.
